Derrick and Pamla serve as the Lead Pastors of Faith Culture Church (FCC). They first met in 2005 and have been happily married since 2012. Driven by their calling and passion for transforming lives, they established Faith Culture Church in 2017. Although the church closed its doors in 2020 due to the Covid pandemic, it reopened in 2022.
Pastor Derrick is a dynamic and anointed teacher of God's word. He holds a Doctorate in Theology and Christian Counseling and is dedicated to helping people lead Christ-centered lives, encouraging them to become the best versions of themselves.
Pastor Pam is a prophetic intercessor and a true powerhouse. As a mentor to many, she is committed to empowering women to walk confidently in their purpose.
Together, they have been in ministry for over ten years, driven by a shared passion to see the broken healed, made whole, and set free. They have witnessed God work in incredible ways, yet they firmly believe that even greater things are on the horizon!
