Derrick and Pamla are the Lead Pastors of FCC. They met in 2005 and have been married since 2012. With a calling and desire to see lives transformed they launched Faith Culture Church in 2017. In 2020 their doors were closed due to Covid, but reopened in 2022. They have been in ministry for over 10 years and have a passion to see the broken healed, whole and set free. They have seen God do some amazing things, but still believe there is more to come!
